When to centre?

In keeping with the rule of thirds, we mentioned in a previous post, we usually try not to place our subject in the centre of our image. However, there are situations in which the image works better if the subject is centred in the composition. When in doubt, take two photos. Then ask yourself, “Which one works better?”
